Products and use

PawRide sells a rear-seat cover designed to help protect vehicle upholstery from everyday dirt and spills. Check the product description, measurements and your vehicle before ordering. Product photographs may include illustrative lifestyle images; appearance can vary with lighting and screen settings.

The cover is not a child car seat or a crash-tested pet restraint. Follow your vehicle, child-seat and pet-restraint manufacturers’ instructions. Do not cover or obstruct seat belts, restraint attachments or other safety equipment.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. The amount payable, including any taxes collected by PawRide, is shown at checkout. Payment options available for your order are displayed at checkout. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Orders depend on product availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a material pricing or product-information error, we will contact you. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Shipping

We sell and ship to the United States. Orders are fulfilled through our supply partner from China. Shipping is free to the customer. Processing and delivery estimates, tracking information and help with delays are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing orders are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent orders.

Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms for future orders. Updates do not remove rights attached to an order already placed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
